Who we are
SalesOnTrack provides invoice reminder and cash flow software. For data about your own account, we are the controller. For data about your customers that you add (names, business email addresses, invoices), we process it on your behalf and on your instructions — you are the controller, and you're responsible for having a lawful reason to use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, business name, email address, and settings.
- Invoice data you add: invoice numbers, amounts, dates, your customers' business names, contact names and billing email addresses, and invoice PDFs.
- Emails you BCC to your SalesOnTrack address, so we can read the invoice details.
- Email activity: when reminders are sent, delivered, opened (via a small tracking image) and when links are clicked.
- What your customers tell you on their payment page: for example that they've paid, a proposed payment plan, or a question about an invoice.
- Billing information is handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We don't see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To send reminders and run the features you ask for.
- To show you payment scores and forecasts — built only from your own invoice history. We don't share one business's payment history with another.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to contact you about your account.
We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.
Your customers' payment page
Each reminder links to a private page. If the same business email has invoices from more than one SalesOnTrack user, that page lists all of them so the recipient can manage them in one place. Each supplier only ever sees their own invoices in their dashboard.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run SalesOnTrack, under contracts that protect your data:
- Supabase (database and login)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Resend (sending email) and our inbound email provider (receiving BCC emails)
- Dodo Payments (subscription billing)
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@salesontrack.com. If you're one of our users' customers, we'll pass your request to the business that sent you the reminder, or help you directly where we can.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember if another SalesOnTrack user referred you.
