Terms of Service

The terms, in the same plain language as everything else

These terms cover using Sales On Track as a property management company. They don't cover tenants or vendors directly — the operator (you) is responsible for how the product is used with them.

Effective: July 2, 2026 · Last updated: July 2, 2026

Before this goes live for paying customers: have a real lawyer review this page, especially the liability and cancellation sections. What follows is reasonable, standard-form language drafted for this exact product — it is not legal advice.

What you're signing up for

Sales On Track is software that runs tenant maintenance intake, guided self-checks, vendor dispatch, fix verification, and owner reporting for one plan: $299/month, plus a one-time $500 setup fee. Setup means we load your properties, tenants, and vendor list, and get your branded intake link live before you start using it day to day.

There is one plan. No tiers, no per-door pricing, no features held back on a higher plan.

Billing

  • Billed monthly, starting once setup is complete and your intake link is live.
  • The $500 setup fee is charged once, up front, and covers the initial data load and configuration.
  • If your first month doesn't earn its keep, tell us and we'll refund that month's subscription charge. This does not cover the setup fee.
  • Pricing may change with 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect on your account.

Cancellation

Month to month. Cancel anytime by emailing info@salesontrack.com. Your account stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't charge a cancellation fee, and there's no minimum contract term beyond the current month.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you need an export of your ticket history before that window closes, ask and we'll provide one.

What the product does and doesn't do

Sales On Track coordinates maintenance work — intake, triage, dispatch, tracking, and reporting. It does not perform repairs, does not select vendors for you (you choose and manage your own vendor list), and does not make judgment calls about what work is authorized or how much it should cost. Every step it takes is logged and visible on your dashboard, and you can intervene at any point.

The AI intake conversation is designed to escalate anything that looks like an emergency (gas smell, flooding, sparking, no heat in freezing conditions) immediately, without attempting self-checks. It is software, not a licensed contractor or a substitute for your own judgment on genuinely dangerous situations — if you or a tenant believe there is immediate danger, call emergency services first.

Your responsibilities

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the property, tenant, and vendor information you provide.
  • You're responsible for your relationship with your tenants and vendors, including any legal notices you're required to give them about how their data is collected through this system.
  • You're responsible for reviewing and acting on tickets flagged as emergencies promptly.
  • You won't use the product for properties or purposes unrelated to legitimate property maintenance coordination.

Liability

Sales On Track is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for maintenance outcomes, vendor performance, or decisions made based on information the system surfaces. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these change materially, we'll email active operators before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the product after that counts as accepting the updated terms.
