About

One person, a real product, no pretending otherwise

Sales On Track isn't a venture-backed team with a floor of engineers. It's built and operated by one person. Here's the honest version of who that is and why this exists.

Why this exists

Small property management companies sit in an awkward spot: too many doors to run maintenance out of one person's phone, too few to justify a $3,000-a-month coordinator on payroll. That gap — the calls, the follow-ups, the “did the vendor ever show up” — is what this product is built to close. Not by replacing the humans who make judgment calls, but by handling the coordination work that doesn't need a human doing it at 9 PM on a Tuesday.

It's built the way I'd want to buy software for my own business: one plan, a real price on the page, a working demo instead of a sales deck, and a person who answers the email — not a support queue.

Where it stands today

This is an early-stage product, built and maintained by a single founder. That means two things worth saying plainly: you get direct access to the person building it — no account manager, no escalation ladder — and it's still growing, so feedback from early customers has an outsized effect on what gets built next.

If something's wrong, confusing, or missing, that's useful to hear directly.

How to reach me
